What We’re Looking For
• Photography or mixed-media art in color or black and white
• All creative processes and techniques are welcome
• We only consider original, unpublished work and ask that you do not submit the same piece elsewhere or post it on social media while it is under review.

How to Submit
• File delivery: Email, wetransfer.com (free up to 2 GB).
• Image specs: Minimum 3000 px on the long side, saved as high-quality JPEGs
• File naming: FirstName_LastName_PhotoTitle.jpg
• Send to: saltline@saltlinemagazine.com
• Include a document (.doc or .txt) with your name, email, mailing address, titles/captions, website, and any details relevant to the work.
• Include a short note about yourself, your connection to the coast, your creative background, and why this story belongs here.

• You will be notified by email if chosen for publication.
• Backstories: A written back story with submitted images is highly encouraged.
• For shorter creative contributions, letters, reflections, poems, small essays, or single-image stories; Submit with subject line "Reader Submissions" so we can consider them for our community pages'

By submitting work, the contributor affirms that the material is their own original creation and that they hold all rights, permissions, and releases required for publication. The contributor grants Saltline Magazine (Publisher), a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, distribute, and promote the submitted work in print, digital, and social media formats. The contributor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Saltline Magazine, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from copyright infringement, defamation, privacy violations, or other disputes related to the submitted material.
Contributors retain full copyright to their work unless a separate written agreement states otherwise and will be credited whenever the work is used. All questions or disputes regarding rights should be addressed directly with the contributor.
